I’ve just checked the app which I downloaded a few months ago. I had the booster a few weeks ago but it’s not listed on the app. Any idea why not? Do I need to update the app for it to appear or is it designed in a way that means it shows only the first two jabs?

It should show the booster at some point as I know people that say it's on there. Check for updates to the app.

I was given booster last week and it shows in the app in the international travel section. I was surprised how quickly it was updated- maybe I was just lucky.

I updated it this morning and it’s still not there. Got the booster about 4 weeks ago. I don’t want to get stuck on phone lines for hours.

Just phoned the helpline and was told there was an issue with getting some of the boosters on to the system, this being the first week they’ve started showing them on the app. Took a few more details from me and said will let me know when it’s been fixed, hopefully by the weekend.
