Just wondering if anyone has any experiences of living in Tain or surrounding areas. My family and i currently live in Orkney however due to schooling issues and family health we are looking to relocate. We dont want to move further south than say aviemore though as we love the Highlands. We have found the perfect house in Tain but due to distance can not visit. Just wondering how welcoming Tain is to new people and how the schools are, we have 4 young children so be using primary and nursery. Also is it easy to get work? Thanks for any help.
