Best place for haggis Glasgow city centre.

I need to book dinner for international visitors in Glasgow city centre. There's been a lot of haggis related banter so would like them to be able to try it.

Any recommendations?

Maybe the Pipers Tryst, I've never eaten there but have always fancied trying it out.

More the West end- but haggis neeps and tattles at the Ubiquitous Chip is amazing

I'm vegetarian and was astounded by how many places you could get a vegetarian version & how different (but good!!) they all were!! It's hard to imagine a meat version being bad anywhere...
