Suitable age for the McDougall’s Show

My wee girl will be 16 months in December and I’d quite like to take her to see the McDougalls, however, I’m not sure if she’d be too young? We used to go to the Jiggly Wrigglers so she has sat and been entertained before. Any thoughts would be appreciated, thanks

Aww if you want to take her I'd just try it and see. Take a drink and some sweeties and a toy for her incase she gets bored. I remember taking both ds's to things and leaving half way through...but at least i tried Grin

BTW my kids are older and i don't know the exact show you mean, but I'd still take her

I think she'd be a bit young. I took my 2 and a half year old to a similar one and she enjoyed the first but but was asking to go home halfway through. If you want to go, though, I'm sure there'll be plenty of the same age!

Thanks very much, I appreciate your help.

We went to see them last week, my children are 4 and 6 and they loved it. There were also plenty of babies dotted around, even younger than yours, the one in front of us left after about 40 minutes but others stayed and seemed quite engaged.

The tickets are quite cheap (compared to a pantomime/safari park/science centre day out) so I'd give it a go if I were you and see how you get on.

That’s brilliant, thanks very much. I’ll definitely book the tickets then. It’s in December so I was hoping it’d feel a wee bit like a panto. It’s just so nice being able to do things with her this year ☺️
