How are you supposed to check a QR code that's on your phone?

I'm not even sure it's the right app, I haven't seen anything from the government saying what it's called...

Yeah...I was going to ask about the app too. For something starting in 8 hours, there seems to have been precious little info about it. I've looked on Google play under "Scotland vaccine passport" and there's the one for scanning the QR codes, but not the one for us plebs to use, with our codes on there, as far as I can see.

And yes, handing out flyers on smoke alarms in libraries is less than useful when the libraries are still closed or being used as test centres! So the Venn diagram of people knowing about this, and those who've had a cough in the past week will be very closely aligned...

I was in my local library the other week for the first time in 18 months and picked up a leaflet about the fire alarms. It tells you what to buy but thats it.

Android here and no app, i guess it just means they can claim it was available on time as they've released an Apple version.

We have added our NHS vaccine status to the French app ToutsAntiCovid.
It worked for us going through UK airport last month.
It’s utter madness that another countries app lets you add your vaccine status to use to travel from a Scottish airport. 🤷‍♀️
Total farce and embarrassment our Government is.
