TRNSMT Featival - refunds if have Covid?

19 year old DS has Covid - tested positive on Sunday, with symptoms. His biggest gripe is that he won’t be able to go to TRNSMT this weekend. His stepmum had heard that it was possible to get a refund if you have Covid, but DS can’t find that info anywhere.

Does anyone here know anything about this?

Who did he buy his tickets from? Looks like they've been sold by various agents so he might need to contact them directly.

I don't know about refunds but some festivals have been offered ticket rollovers to next year if you test positive or have to isolate.
