In person PCP test in Borders?

I want to get Dd a PCP test as she has symptoms.
I'd prefer a walk in centre.
Does anyone know of any in the Borders please?

Was speaking to GP earlier and they didn't know.
Can only find 'community testing centre' online?

Langlee Community Centre but you need to book through gov.uk for a PCP, probably in the other bigger towns as well

When you book the test online does it not give you a list of where you can go?

There's will be a variety of options online - if you put her postcode in it'll start with those that are closest.

Hawick had a van in the swimming pool car park and Langlee Community Centre, had to book online. There may be more, think if you put your postcode in it will give you closest options.

We went to the centre at Langlee.
They quoted Tuesday as a results day (!) as they've 'been inundated' apparently - 2K tests over last 4 days though deserted this Friday afternoon. Fingers crossed it's quicker and she can get back to school.

I see the bgh is now appointment only? Nhs borders usually post up on their fb where the mobile testing centres will be that week, wish we still had one over this way.

I take that back, they're doing the fire station testing again on tues, then not again til 22nd. It's rife in the schools here atm too

There are lots of kids off in our High school / local college atm.
I hope they don't go part time again this winter.
