Penicuik High School

My son is soon moving to Penicuik High school.
Can anyone tell me what it's like?

Where do you live?

Schools in Scotland have already gone back. Are you sending him to an unknown school?

He lives with my exh

I don't know that it's the right thing to do but as we both have full parental responsibility (and ds wants a move) I can't really do much about it.

I've not lived in Penicuik for 17 years and DC were toddlers when we left but both high schools had a decent rep, beeslack maybe had the edge then. I have a friend with a daughter currently at peni High and seems to be doing well.
