Parking for O2 Academy

Does anyone have any suggestions for blue badge parking near the O2 Academy

Taking DD next month and she can't walk too far

The best parking is in the subway car park right next door. It’s a few pounds but very convenient; it’s probably a few hundred yards to the o2 though, when you say she can’t walk far is that manageable?

Thank you. Yes she could manage that and I don't mind paying

I've never been to that venue before so don't know the area well

Saw this on the venue website:

Disabled parking and by car
We do not have our own parking facilities, but there are options with parking vouchers as well as being free in some streets after 6pm or 8pm.

There is also a 159 space car park at Bridge Street subway station, around 300 metres away on Eglinton Street.

We have a drop off point at the entrance of our venue.

Also other information here that might be useful/relevant:

Hope you have a great time!

If you can get a space right next to the station of 02 its a 2 minute walk to the arena and I believe its free for blue badge holders, from what I can remember.

I saw that and wondered about the streets around. It's on a Sunday so we can have a recce without worrying about being late

It sure about enjoying it Grin. It's the Vamps and last time we saw them was at the Hydro. The steward gave me ear plugs

1000s of screaming girls is very loud. But DD loves them so......

Thanks all for the info

I guess you could drop off and then look for a space nearby. I'm sure it would be safe with lots of folk about.
