Plenty on site parking
usually any events and parking for them are well signposted from main road

Travelodge at Ratho more or less across main road
Premier inn at newbridge
Ibis budget at Edinburgh park
Norton house if you want luxury
Airport hotels Doubletree by Hilton and Moxy
Alll within a few mins drive

They normally have good parking with Marshall's to guide you in to a spot. Never had a problem with it even as a vaccine centre when taking my mum.

I would not park at the airport. You'll be ripped off. There is the park and ride at Ingliston but usually parking at the venue is fine.

There's the Novotel at Edinburgh and you could get the tram right there to the event.

When we went for the Good Food Show a few years ago we just parked on the street outside the centre.

There is loads of parking at the Highland Centre which will be considerably cheaper than at the airport!
