Yes, so happy for Laura. I’m glad she has won an outdoor medal on the world stage at last. She has been close and had some bad luck at previous Olympics and Worlds.

I saw Laura getting photographed with the male and female relay medal winners. She looked so happy to be part of that I fair got a tear in my eye

Just watched her race, amazing! She gave it absolutely everything she had a got a new British record in the process. So delighted for Laura and all today's medal winners. I have loved these olympics!

I loved the lap of honour she did with the winner, beckoning her along at the beginning when the officials looked like they wanted to stop them.
