Hi does anyone know why this is? Apparently in England & Ireland they do. Travelling soon and worried my proof of vaccine looks like a piece of paper anyone could forge!!

I don't think Scotland has a digital passport yet so, yes, it's a bit of paper!

There was something on the Scottish news a day or 2 ago that Scotland have just signed a contract with a Danish company to develop our digital passport. Don't know how long before it will be in use though.

Ireland are using EU one and England developed theirs some time ago.

Ah ok, thank you. Hopefully Scotland hurries up with getting a digital passport rather than just a piece of paper!! Grateful to have some proof but worried about it not getting recognised as valid when abroad.

What do you expect, OP? Scotland is run by the useless SNP, it’s always behind.
They were sending out fixed vaccine appointments by POST to the wrong addresses, when England was letting people book their own appointments online at a time and place to suit.

They were slower to set up mass vaccine hubs, slower to start drop in centres. Of course they will be slower at digital passports.
They don’t give a shit about anything except their latest independence campaign. Which is why Scotland is in such a mess.

Where did you get your bit of paper with your vaccines?

We got nothing from Dewars Centre in Perth at the time.

You log in online and order it. If you don't have the log in, you can phone the helpline to get help.

Did you get it from the NHS covid app? DH did this by mistake and got something with no QR code. I got a certificate with a QR code from the main NHS website. You need to login with your NHS number.

I got mine from the vaccine log in.
