Covid Vaccination Cert - problems

Has anyone successfully managed to obtain a certificate?

We've just tried registering DH on the NHS website but it's not letting me go past the first page - 'Username' field is coming up as 'username is not in valid format'.

It says that the user name is as per invitation letter, which luckily DH had kept, and I've entered it exactly as the letter states but still coming up as invalid????

We have registered and can see the details but haven't ordered a certificate

What format is it?
Mine has my first name then a '.' Then first 2 letters of my surname then 3 numbers

Are you confusing 0 (nought) with O ( letter)

I ordered & received my certificate a few weeks ago - it was really quick.

DH and I both managed to get them with no problems. I also phoned the helpline for something and they were very helpful.

Weird - there was no user Id on dh's letter, just his name, appt number and chi number.

I'll call the helpline on Monday.

Don't know why they can't confirm it via 'patient access' too.

You can recover the user ID online
Check both sides of the letter. I'm think my 2nd one had the user ID within the body of the letter

My first letter had the username at the bottom of the first page

Have you tried 'recover username'?
Im a HCP and never had letter or username sent out ( as I got jabbed at work). If you know when his first dose was, you just put in the details and should be able to get the username. Same with the password..

On my 2nd dose letter the username is in the middle of the page within the body of writing (just checked for you)
