Hi All, I live in Edinburgh since last 2 years and am thinking of moving to west Calder area .. I have a 5 years old boy who is starting his P1 next month.. and both I and my husband work in IT industry. I want to know how is west Calder area, specially primary/secondary state schools and kids extra curricular activities like swimming, tennis, judo etc. Also how is your experience in terms of the neighbourhood generally ? It is a big decision for us to move to West Calder and we have explored the area quite a bit but have no clue about good schools etc.
