Vaccine passports

Grant Shapps says Uk Gov is going to use the existing NHS England app as a vaccine passport . I was wondering if NHS Scotland are going to do the same ? Anyone know anything about this ? If we in Scotland don’t get this up and running will we be disadvantaged if we want to travel abroad ?

SG don't want us travelling abroad this year, I'm sure Jason Leitch was reported as saying this a couple months ago!

Just thinking it also stops Scots from leaving and arriving from English airports if we don’t have an app . I wasn’t planning on going abroad in the summer but have friends who are hoping to go to Spain in June .
