Rules for staying with family - next steps

So I've had a look at the Scot gov website and the first potential easing of indoor mixing looks like just 4 people from 2 households. Does that mean if you have a family of 4 you wouldn't be allowed anyone else inside at all? I really want to go and stay with my family at the start of June, but it is looking very unlikely based on that 🥲

Can you link to it?

All I can find is that the new level 3 is still to be updated Sad it's driving me nuts because it would be helpful to know before Monday what we are allowed to do!

Remember under 12s do not count. But I feel your frustration OP as we are 5 in our family.

Here's a link & a screenshot.

@LizzieMacQueen

That's level 2 advice. We are moving into level 3.

Sorry I missed that OP was talking about June. Should we be in level 2 by then?

Could even be level 1 from June 7th. Here's another screenshot of the timetable.

And level 1 is up to 6 adults from 3 households inside.

Thanks. 7th June will be too late for us unfortunately. Even not including the under 12s there would still be 6 of us, so it looks like a no go. 4 seems ridiculous though. So many households have 4 people in them anyway!

It depends how seriously you take the rules.
I would say provided you're abiding by the spirit of the regulations- two families mixing only - then I would highly doubt anyone is going to report you.

Just go when they allow indoor visits!

Put it into context shortly 50 people will be allowed indoors for a wedding from multiple households........
Personally I would get hung up on 4 or 6 especially if your only 2 households!
