Private dentist in Edinburgh?

Any recommendations?
Our NHS surgery doesn't seem to be in any hurry at all to open up and offer check-ups, even privately, and I really want to get my teeth checked over.

Thanks

I used to go to Stafford street dental and always found them good. The couple that own it are a bit eccentric but nice people.

I go to Christopher Sale in Dublin Street. Been going to him for years. Excellent dentist, and great hygienists and reception staff too.

Southside dental. I've always found them lovely and I've been able to have routine check-ups, hygienist appointments and treatment since they reopened. Wait times for appointments a little longer than usual but that's to be expected everywhere I think.

I joined my family up to Stockbridge Dental Practice last summer - am delighted with that decision. Our NHS dentist retired a year ago and we are due to be transferred to a new dentist at that practice but haven’t heard anything.

I'm with Haymarket dental who are moving to private only very soon. They are great.

Depends where you are but Fairmilehead dentists are very good.

I’d second Haymarket Dental on Morrison St. excellent dentists. Dr Kiki Norman.

But do NOT confuse it with the more recently opened Haymarket Dental Practice, which seems to be trying to imitate it and isn’t the same at all.

Integrated Dentalcare in Edinburgh West End (near Haymarket station). Highly recommend!
When I moved from the States, I was stressed about finding a good dental practice, and I did have a few unpleasant experiences. However, after a year or so, I found Integrated, and I have to say it changed everything for me.
I've been with them for over 3 years now, and I can't speak more highly of them.
