Support plans

Can anyone tell me how to go about organising a support plan for a high school pupil please?

Would be hard to say without more information. This would be done by the school and the framework used for the support plan will be different from council to council and the level of support being put in place/number of agencies involved. If this is your child and you feel they should have an additional support plan in place then I would suggest you contact the school about this and ask to speak to the Principal Teacher of Support for Learning and discuss the support you feel is needed.
