Moving to Berwick upon tweed

Hi I am considering a move to Berwick upon tweed from newbiggin, is this a good move with children as the secondary school says inadequate. Does it have a good community spirit as it quite good thst way here.

Hi, not sure if you realise you have posted this in Scotsnet? There may be a few families that send their kids south of the border to school, but I’m sure you will get more replies in another part of Mumsnet.
