I don’t think you need to be a football fan to enjoy Only an Excuse. Was there a part he was pretending to be Jason Leitch? Neil Lennon was quite funny but Chick Young and Frankie Boy are the two he does every year and quite funny!

I (for the first time in a long time) really enjoyed last night's farewell edition. Real nostalgia and thought it was a great idea to Feature the real people. I wasn't even married when it first aired .

I unexpectedly enjoyed the telly last night.
I watched songs of the 80s ch5, I knew every word. Then something with the wee Scottish comedian, it was good. Then only an excuse then still game.

Agree with above. It's often hit and miss because I'm no football fan but last night was really funny! A great mix of football and non football stuff and I loved seeing some of the older stuff
