Scottish government has a you tube channel. I’ve noticed in the last week or so they’ve tidied it up so they put the briefings all together in one section so they’re much easier to find. I also get it on Twitter live. @scotgov sends you a reminder, if you want, that it’s about to start. But you can get it ‘unlive’ there too at a later point.
