Tier 4 house sales?

How does tier 4 affect house sales? Can viewings still go ahead? Been on the Scottish govt website but can't find this out. In Lanarkshire and wondering how potential new restrictions will affect things.

Doubt it. Non essential shops and businesses would close

I'd assume it would be virtual tours like during lockdown (disclaimer: my experience is based entirely on the ESPC website which I would browse to look up the houses we saw for sale when out walking).

That's what I thought. Just being nosy as my neighbour has put their house up for sale and I thought it was bad timing if the rumours about us being in level 4 next week are true.
