Sophie Ridge interview

Did anyone see the Sophie Ridge interrogation of the First Minister this morning. It’s not often you see Sturgeon that flustered, but she got through without actually answering any of the questions put to her.
I was staggered to hear her say that Alex Salmond was angry with her because she refused to collude with him on hushing up allegations! That has to be libellous surely? Interesting to watch these two former buddies tearing each other apart.

I didn’t see the original interview but I’m shocked at what she reported said about refusing to collude in covering up allegations. The firm implication from this is that she was asked to cover up misconduct (or at the very least it was expected), and in saying this she basically accuses Alex Salmond of sexual misconduct. And is she saying that she was aware of this misconduct (which she must have been if she refused to cover it up) but didn’t report it to the relevant authorities/police?

I just wish someone explained to me why they had to pay £512k of taxpayers' money.
I have watched Kirsty Wark's "documentary" when it came out hoping to find an explanation, but no joy.
Every time there is something on this case I hope someone will shed some light, but nothing.

Yes she was very good at not answering the questions put to her. I found the reading out of messages bizzare. Will be interesting to see how Alex Salmond responds to that.

Odd how she even still has those messages. I cull old whatsapps regularly. I certainly would if they were politically hot!
