Pandemic birthday

I’m looking for some help around what is and is not allowed for my daughters birthday coming up. We live in a region outside the central belt and my daughter is under 12.

She would like to meet with one of her friends to celebrate and I’m checking in on the options. I think she could meet her friend in a cafe or restaurant for lunch or meet outside. I don’t think she can go to cinema with her (unless they sit separately) or go bowling? She would like to meet her friend to go shopping but I don’t think she can do this, can she? Any suggestions on what she could do that might be fun?

Under 12s don’t need to social distance so she and her friend can do any of the activities you mentioned (as long as they are open).

I think you'd have to be able to.
Actually the 6 in a group being ok (outdoors) is for over 12s. I don't think there's a limit for unders.

I'm an adult with a big birthday approaching. I don't know what I'm allowed to do either. would like to go away a break somewhere or a day trip somewhere but can I and where and how?
