Hello!

This is a silly question, but, have appointment with registrar on Monday for DD2. They have asked us to bring the white envelope the hospital gave us with her date of birth etc on it. Have just looked out envelope and it's empty - there's not mean to be anything in it, is there??? GrinBlush

Can't remember (ds is now 20 Grin) - I do remember taking along some sort of documentation and then getting a certificate(s) back - I think both long and short form (may have had to pay extra for both).

Are you saying that the envelope has the date and time on it?

Thank you - envelope has date and time written on it, but seems curious that the envelope is empty?
