How is covid testing going up here?

Just random curiosity tbh, lol

I notice loads of people saying they can’t get one, or results taking ages...but they all seem to be English.

Everyone I know who’s had to have one, it’s been really pretty quick, so I was idly wondering if the people I know have been lucky or if it’s going a bit smoother up here.

I’ve not heard of significant delays.

I had no problem getting one at Prestwick Airport over the weekend and I know of two others who had similar experiences on Monday and yesterday.

I ordered one, came the next day and results were back in 48 hours

Tested DD on Sunday AM.
Results back at teatime yesterday. So a bit over 48hrs but not hugely.
Lots of available slots when I went to book on Saturday night (we’re in Edinburgh)
