Please can I have recommendations for good estate agents in Edinburgh? (House sale, asking for a relative)

The market in Edinburgh is dominated by solicitors as most properties are marketed on ESPC. You’d be better going to a firm of lawyers with estate agency e.g. Simpson Marwick.
