Hi, we are researching a possible move to this area. Can anyone give any local information on the primary and secondary schools in this region? Including but not limited to these villages.
My main concern is that I have heard a few of these schools have longstanding teacher vacancies and headteacher vacancies, so whether recruiting and retaining good teachers is a challenge for the area, and how much this impacts on the students.

I have looked at HMIE reports but lots of the schools don't have a recent one. And have looked at Parentzone but limited info on the primary schools there, as far as I can see.
