Phase 1 - one household meeting outside with another household

In anticipation of Scotland moving to Phase 1, I’m unsure how to interpret the guidelines on households meeting outdoors. Do the new guidelines mean that a household could meet another household in their garden (obviously adhering to social distancing) one day and a completely different household the next day, etc? In other words they could meet with many different groups over a few days? I can’t find any clarification within the route map.

You can meet as many individual households in their gardens as you like, so long as there are only 2 household groups there and you don't go in their house or touch any of their things.

So in theory the 5 people who live in your house could go round 25 different gardens on the first day. But they are asking you to use your judgement and that would clearly be unwise.
