Hi,
I have had plantar fasciitis for over a year ,also sore stiff knees and occasionally sore hips. n Sunday pulled a hamstring Confused.
I have seen NHS physios (who tbh are variable)and can only look at one ailment at a time )so it's like hitting a moving target by the time I get to see one.
I now feel that as the problems may be linked I'd be better seeing a private physio to look at the whole picture .
Any recommendations would be very welcome, thanks

Can recommend this guy:

www.bearsdenphysiotherapy.co.uk/

Worked wonders on a trapped nerve in my neck. He does a mix of NHS and private and is very nice.

Neil Macleod is very good http://www.ekphysio.co.uk/

He's a specialist sports physio: ds used him after a rugby injury but we knew of him via cycling.

Based in East Kilbride.
