In that they have voted to hold another referendum, irrespective of what the UK parliament says?

Just what we need. It will never be a valid vote without the agreement of the UK government, unionists will just boycott it and the whole game's a bogey.

What a monumental WASTE of money.

What another monumental WASTE of money.

Slight adjustment required... :o

My main reaction? "Geeze peace!"

It would result in what would amount to a civil war and the arrest and detention of those who attempted the coup.

In answer to the thread title: No. They won't.

Well let's hope they don't. But they were very vocal in support for your Clara woman who was a St Andrews academic and sent back to Spain.

Scottish parliament elections are 2021, right?

In answer to the thread title: No. They won't.

Not if they want to join the EU.

Hirsutefirs · 29/01/2020 22:46

What would the SNP do with the resulting increased (from last time) majority vote to stay in the UK?

DeeZastris · 29/01/2020 22:48

No they won’t.

prettybird · 29/01/2020 23:03

I'm not saying they won't hold a referendum Wink. They just won't hold an unofficial referendum, as Catalonia did.
