I am looking for a hotel, with a swimming pool and a decent restaurant for diner. This is for me, DH and DS. They are doing snow boarding at Braehead so we are looking to stay over somewhere. Happy enough to travel a bit after snowboarding. Can anyone suggest somewhere?

At the moment my research is brining me back to Edinburgh hotels such as Norton House to get a decent place with a restaurant. Thanks.

Thank you. No pool though.

How about the Village Hotel in Glasgow? And can just go over the bridge at the Clyde into the city centre for food

The Blythswood Hotel? City centre though, so possibly problems with parking. https://www.kimptonblythswoodsquare.com/us/en/spa-glasgow/

A wee bit further away, but Auchrannie in Arran. Maybe not worth it if it's only for a night though.

Marriott pool is lovely. Don't know about the food but I would go out to eat. Its easy to get into town from there. If you want to go properly west then the Hydro in Seamill. Bit of a drive to Braehead though. Seamill House Hotel (next door) has a fantastic restaurant.
