Mortgage advisor in Perth

Looking to buy in/around Perth l, we're first time buyers and fairly clueless. Can anybody recommend a good local mortgage broker (preferably free)? Any tips would be much appreciated!

I'm not local, stay in central Scotland, but we used first mortgage after being recommended by friends and they were great.

I notice there's not one in Perth however there's one in Dundee if that's not too far away.

Not Perth but I can thoroughly recommend the Stirling Mortgage Shop. Obviously Stirling based but that's not too far from Perth.
