North Berwick Primary Schools

Hi
We are possibly making a move to Edinburgh for my husbands work and I love the look of North Berwick, particularly as the secondary school seems highly rated. I was just wondering if anyone has any experience of the feeder primary schools as I’ve seen some negative comments about Law.
We have two boys who are 8 and 5 and school catchment would definitely be a priority for us if we are looking to buy.
We would be coming from Jersey so being by the sea is a huge pull!
Any thoughts would be really appreciated x

I have a number of friends in NB & have only heard positive comments about Law Primary.

NB is a lovely place to live - a few degrees cooler than Jersey though!

Wow runbikeswim how funny! What was your thread called? I’m yo-yoing between being really excited for a change and wondering what on earth we’re thinking of!

Thanks very much for your reply makeminealargeprossecco that is great to know x

Hi! We are moving up to Edinburgh or nearby from Cambridge this summer and trying to decide on areas to look at. I’ve also seen some negative comments about the NB primary so would be interested to hear anything else on this, because it looks like a lovely place to live!
