Hi, looking for campsite recommendations please south of Aberdeen, maybe as not far south as Edinburgh. Got Ballater and Blair Atholl booked already. Must have good facilities and maybe a playpark for the kids. Thanks. :)

Blair Atholl is great. Do go to the Castle and also to House of Bruar the food is fantastic. Why the east? Inverness, Golspie, Brora, Nairn, Findhorn and Lossiemouth are all fabulous places to camp. Wonderful beaches some seven miles long. I never camped on the east so can't recommend sorry.

Deeside holiday park. It's at Maryculter. I've never been but have heard good things about it

Not far from St Andrews and Tentsmuir Beach - well worth a visit!
