Property evaluations aberdeen

My ex is buying me out of our house but deliberately drags things out as prices are falling. It’s part of our divorce agreement and he amends and alters it to drag things out and has now yet again lowered his offer, based on Zoopla. I would like to get a second evaluation (first was organised by him in August last year) - I had an appointment booked before but he decided he was t gonna be home then and I no longer have keys.
I know different estate agents give different prices. Does anyone know one that gives ‘optimistic’ evaluations?
Thanks

Personally I’d be paying for a proper evaluation from a surveyor. It will costs but it might save you £10k.

Surely you’ll need to get a proper surveyor valuation? An estate agents guess is worth hewhaw for a mortgage etc. so why would you accept it for a divorce?

Since you co-own the property you're entitled to keys. Get a locksmith in, much less costly than taking him to court or losing £000's

Aberdein Considine, they have offices all over Scotland and there is one in Aberdeen.
Yes, that is the correct spelling
