I think my relationship is coming to an end & I need to work out a plan for moving forward.

Should I see a solicitor immediately? I'm trying to get my "ducks lined up".

We are not married & I have a property from a previous marriage/inheritance, as well as the house we own together.

We also have 2 children together (primary age).

I'm not sure if there's anything else to consider? eg CAB, Gingerbread etc?

Any pointers are much appreciated- TIA
