I've been following this closely as I know someone very badly affected, left disabled in fact.

What on earth is going on with the final report? I would be very interested to know who edited the final version and the reasons for removing some of this vital information. I'm truly appalled and worried by this.

Sorry, I'm not up to speed on this. I hope the truth of what is going on comes out soon.

chipped I think it should be highlighted more, it's an utter scandal.
Now the consultant at the centre of the report has resigned due to the deleted chapter
