Free parking in Livingston?

We usually just pay if we go but we're going to be there most of the day. Is there any free parking anymore?

morrisons and b&q car park also the sainsburys car park and the one at toys r us dont charge but im not 100% if there is restrictions on how long you can stay as the car parks but they are a bit of a trek to the main shopping centre - aldis and the retail park have restrictions
the cheapest car park imo is the multi storey at the designer outlet only 50p an hour - its where i usually go if i need to stay for a bit

The one at the RBS building is free, usually full though.
