Our rental was put up for sale two months ago and is under offer, we've been in this house six months. The last house we rented was rent increased by £500 when I came to renew my lease.

So in the next two months I will need to move I've been on rightmove, zoopla, prime location but not that many houses coming up.

I know a lot of property is through small letting agents or solicitors offices. I'm looking for the impossible a good sized 4/5 bed with a good sized garden and shed, garage or out building for a max of £750pcm we don't need to be anywhere in particular due to dh's job so that is a blessing. Looking for a close knit community as I need to build a support network and a nice small school. I know I will be hard pressed to find such a thing and I know the family rental market is very competitive but I'm starting to stress and panic a bit now.

So which estate agents or solicitors should I be looking at. TIA. :)

What area are you in? If Central Belt try GSPC or ESPC as they cover lots of independent solicitors across Glasgow and Edinburgh

ASPC for Aberdeen city & shire.

2 on ASPC that would do, they're the right size and the right price.

GSPC and ESPC have none the right price and if they're the right price the area isn't right or they don't accept pets.

Try hspc - highland solicitors property centre this is where most of our rentals are advertised.
You would easily get a 4 bed house with all your requirements here.
If you are looking for lovely schools and close community look near me, Inverness and North.
