Tradespeople

Would any of the Glasgow mumsnetters would be able to recommend tradespeople.
My daughter has a flat in woodlands which needs re-wire, new boiler and painting
I am through in edinburgh so can't really help with recommendations

we own a flat near Woodlands which is let out. before the tenants moved in (3 yrs ago) we got it completely redecorated and new boiler, kitchen and bathroom installed. we used a lady called Lorraine Beatt who runs a company called Letting Support Services. not sure if she only deals with rental property but she was very well connected and found all the tradespeople we needed.

Ratedpeople has been good for us in the past. You see reviews for all trades and you can post potential jobs for quotes
