I want to know how do you work out splitting holidays and half terms with your ex partners if they work full time and don't not take days off. The only days that they offer to look after the child/ren is on a weekend.
Although they have explained that they'll be committed, but don't fulfil.
Another thing is if you have multiple children but one is not there child. Do you include or exclude that one child? Although they say they are committed to the child that's not theirs.
