We took our child away during term time due to our jobs making it impossible to take time off during the 6 weeks holiday.

This year we have received a Single Justice Procedure form - I have looked everywhere for advice from anyone that has received this but cannot find help anywhere? We are trying to find a solicitor to give help but they are all booked up.
We have spoke to the head teacher who said it was out of her hands - yet another parent we know in Manchester has taken her child out twice in one year and never had this.
There is just no where that any says they have had this? Has anyone seen it before?
