Finding other grandparents to meet up with in the holidays with 4 yr old grandchild

Hello, does anyone know of a way for a granny to meet up with other grandparents who have a grandchild of a suitable age (4-5) for play dates etc in the school holidays.

No sorry Granny although if you do find a way I'd publicise it if you can. I often see very tired looking Grandparents with their DGC during school holidays and the Grandparents often look very tired
