Very random but I am submitting a holiday club consent form and I crossed the Y for giving consent.

They came back and said I needed to cross the N because I was covering up the Y?

I could be going mad but tell me what you would do 😆 Nothing serious but I just need to know if I'm a dive.

That looks like you’ve said no to consent. I think you need to cross the N and leave the Y showing or circle the Y so it’s clear you’ve selected it!

I'm with them, I'd scribble the N out to show that Y meant yes for consent.

Yes they’re correct. You need to circle the option you want and/or cross out the one you don’t.

What threw me off is when they said I was covering the Y and leaving the N untouched.

The only place where you cross the option you want is voting in elections!

Normally circle it, or put a tick next to it.... or cross/ scribble out the option you don't want.

Maybe in my past life I was running for parliament.
