Dreading the school holidays

Please tell me I'm not the only one absolutely dreading the school holidays? My kids have just finished school for a lonnng 9 weeks (we live in NI) and the thought of trying to entertain them for so long is filling me with dread.. on maternity leave with a fussy baby and would honestly rather be at work!!

Yes have a 5 year old DS and a 12 year old DD. Dreading trying to find things for them both to do, the pressure to be out and about, the constant snack demands and the sheer cost of everything!

Me too, also in NI. 32 weeks pregnant with #4 and honestly not sure how I’ll cope. I’m exhausted and pissed off already! I wish our holidays weren’t so long.

Oh and the now CONSTANT requests to have friends over. I just can’t cope with looking after other people’s children on top of my own!

I have half the housing estate in my back garden most days and it drives me mad! Always someone crying or falling out and they're not even my kids
