Indoor activity ideas for the whole family?

To put it simply, we're all bored. We spend A LOT of time indoors. Mainly because I suffer with various mental health issues but also because of the weather.

I need some activities to make our life a little more fun. I get tired all the time because I'm so bored of doing the same stuff day in and day out. I'm working on my MH issues and going out more but that's going to take time and practise and I need some fun indoor activities to use now.

I have a six, two and one year old. They all enjoy arts and crafts which is probably our most used activity. Please someone ease us from this boredom! 😂

Baking, making homemade pizzas for lunch.
Play dough/gloop/slime making.
Set up a den using bedsheets and eat your lunch & have story time in the den.
Puzzles, colouring, make you're own dot to dot pictures.
Hide and seek with household objects or toys.
Potato painting

Will come back if I think of anymore, also sending a big hug to you, I know how difficult it can be being stuck at home due to MH.

Look up 5 minute mum - fab ideas.
Also quiet boxes - I ade up a selection of these when dd1 stopped napping but I still needed a break! V random stuff in there but she loved them.
Also there's a lot of evidence re MH and the positive affect of being outdoors. Plus you don't need to think of anything to do - the kids just find stuff. A friebd of mine called it 'active rest' certainly helped me regrade it when I struggled to get out due to tiredness
