Looking at the new builds in this area. Does anyone have any information on this site or the local area? 2 adults wanting a quite life but loves walking and cycling. Is this area good for train links into Manchester and is it a dafe place to live?

I live in Whitchurch. It is very safe and that estate would be pretty quiet, though I'm not sure they've finished building it!
We have good train links to Manchester, though if mobility is an issue at all, bear in mind that the only access to the opposite platform is via steps and a footbridge.
We're about 35-40 minutes to Shrewsbury or Chester, if you're looking for more shopping choices, theatre or cinema, but we do have some lovely independent shops here. And coffee shops. Lots if coffee shops.
