We need a new start, but how? (Norfolk)

We're losing our rented property because our landlord has decided to sell, only a year after we moved in. We've had to move constantly for various reasons, and it is so expensive and takes away time, energy and money that we need for building a life. The kids are depressed from all the moves and school changes, we can't ever go on holidays, we're constantly broke, we can't afford to eat out as a treat. I know we are still more privileged than some, don't get me wrong, but our existing quality of life has only got worse over the years, even with salary increases. Anyway, the point of this post is to ask if anyone knows of a different kind of community in Norfolk, somewhere that values working together, helping each other out, maybe some kind of shared community with accommodation etc. It sounds weird maybe, but we struggle on our own so much, no family to help out and I'm scared it's just going to keep getting worse. I'd love to live off grid, just have some land we could turn into something, but maybe someone has already done this, and made something like this? Maybe there's a place for us somewhere? Has anyone heard of anything like this? I hear about these remote communities in places like Scotland, but never in Norfolk.

You want tied housing in a rural area?
I imagine game keeping fits. I met someone who lived on the Westwick estate (Norfolk), her partner was the game keeper, so living in the GK's tied cottage. You have to be happy about pheasant shooting etc.

You need to supply (develop, learn) the skills to make that happen, like gate keeping or agricultural (land-management) skills.

How old are your kids?
