Live in London. Want to move away to this area/lor surrounding.
What is it like as a place to live, is it friendly, will the locals accept me/oh?
What amenities are there?
Does it flood?

Few locals, mainly holiday lets or retired people from further south. Extremely pretty though and relatively well connected, which is reflected in the prices. Only one useful/everyday shop IIRC. Very busy in summer and weekends but upside is pubs etc open year round.
